200-220F from the engine outlet into the rad is fine.
The engine doesn't even clean up and burn fuel proper until on the high side of 195F.
Just keep a decent rad cap on it and make certain the corrosion inhibiter is active. Everybody checks for the freezing temp but forget about corrosion until hole sar epitte dthrough the sleeves.
Use distilled or demin water to mix and fill the cooling system. Anything out of a well or ditch contains minerals that will plate out onto the heat exchanging surfaces.
The only engine that needs to run 160F to 180F is a turbocharged/supercharged gasoline race engine.
