if nobody can legally fill it more than 80 to 85% you either have to look at the filled price and comparison shop for other "filled" prices,or see what everyone charges per pound or gallon.it still kills me that a 2X4 is not 2" by 4".how did that get started? one other thing that gets me is the 9/10 cent they tack on fuel prices at the pump. bill m.
