Remember boys! dont let this vast amount of knowledge and experience go away. If you have the time try to interact and start programs with your local schools. Once a year myself and 2-3 of my best men from my construction co. are guest speakers at 2 local high schools, we talk to students about road work and municipal projects, free of charge. Although im not as old as you guys, the knowledge and exp. you guys hold is invaluable and can never be replaced and should be shared with others. Give it a try and you will find how may will listen. Thanks and GOOD JOB!
