Certainly no offense meant, but it would never have occurred to me to convert everythng to rods (and presumably, chains) to figure this out. I interpret real estate descriptions for a living, and whenever I see rods and chains, I silently whisper a curse upon the perpetrator. Must be something in the air in Connecticut to cause you to do this. . .
