I have rebuilt a Misubishi KE70 Engine for a Satoh Tractor. Upon putting the motor and components back together I noticed that my throttle linkage no longer has the resistance and "holding power" that it did before I took it apart. What I mean is that the throttle bar is to easy to move and will not stay in place. The internal spring that connects to the injection pumps is in place and working normally and the spring that keeps the linkage bar from traveling too far is in place . Did I lose an external spring or something. I would appreciate any input.
