All the advice below is good. Just a word of caution about her comment of 'liking tractors if they make you happy': be very careful. Women that like tractors are extremely rare- like men who like shopping. As others have said, women play mind-games. I am a pessimist, so the statement she made means one of two things to me- 1) since she will let you have something that makes you happy, you better believe she will use this as leverage/bargaining chip in the future and expect the same level (or more) of something else to make her happy (odds are it will cost A LOT more than old tractors). 2) She will say whatever you want to hear to start a relationship at this point. One the optimist side, she may truly be sincere and this is your golden opportunity. The best advice given is to take it slow- if she really likes you and vice-versa, she will wait and things will work out one way or another. Good luck- sorry to ramble on, been there and done that (lighter pocketbook and heavier heart to prove it).
