Jay, all ways a scam, never never consider it any thing else.
Denver real estate Co. got burned with a 250 thousand cashiers check last month Check was for more than house cause "she wanted 40 thousand extra to have some cash back to re-do some thing.
My question is--what IS safe money?????
100 dollar bills make a big pile, and you still need to check them.
