I have recently had interest from buyers willing to pay full asking without hesitation. Also wanting to send 1000 to 1500 over and me to send the difference back. My question for those of you who have delt with this, If the send a money order or cashiers check can the bank tell right away if it is legit. I will tell the last guy for the exact amount, no more. Also if the bank cash"s it is there any responsabilty on my end? This all makes me nervous. Thanks Jay
