Bob is correct. The trick they play is time. My guess is stated somewhere in an seemingly obscure email was very smal print that said you needed to follow up. I caught on litterly by mistake. My scroll button got pushed and when I moved the mouse down it scrolled the email down past what appeared to be the end and stated I had such and such time to follow up. If it been more than 30 days your likely out of luck. As for the monthly payment, unless "you" stated it, I'd tell them to contact whom ever offered it and let them know when full payment is due and when payment has been received where they can pick it up. Otherwise they broke the deal. Another little trick they do is force you to accept PayPal. When I sold the tractor and boat I could not remove the PayPal option. I hunted and called to no end. Finally gave up and stated in big bold words, "Any attempt to pay for the item with PayPal would void the auction and any funds sent to PatPal would be refuned no less than 30 days minus any and all fees to do so". Trust me you don't have to look very hard to find this is a violation of eBay policy. I had to open a second eBAy account to get around that crap.
