E Bay question

I put an auction on ebay motors to sell a car. I put a buy-it-now price. Someone did the buy-it-now and then called and asked how to make monthly payments and when will the car be shipped even though the post stated it was to be picked up. My question is can I get it re-listed without additional charges. I'm not sure what the first listing will cost but the insertion fee alone was $40. thanks for any help
