The best choice for what you are describing is a 9n ford. Has the simpler back brake setup than the 8n and has the same motor. Or a 2n would be good. Find one for two grand, use it twenty years and sell it for two grand or more. They are a great choice. Also the market is flooded with replacement parts for them and they also fit in sheds that don't have a tall entrance door. Good luck.
