Mornin' Harley, Heard someone say yesterday that they dropped $60K on a planter. $60K for a planter? Well, come on now. I don't care if the thing is 100' feet wide and wipes ya in the morning, that not only isn't right, it isn't even rational. :>) Could a feller make those little flippers out of a chunk of a light-duty rear axle spring leaf? All they do is "lift" the fist bite of hay so that the chain can "grab" it anyway? Humidity here is up to 77% this morning. However, if I see any "drippin's" coming out the bottom of the baler, I'm gonna cross my fingers and close that silly rock door. Never run one that way, but think it is worth a shot. :>) Allan
