I did it on my '67 3000 w/o too much hassle and I am not a mechanic. I also had a small leak, but mainly the clutch pedal bushing was worn out. I ordered an aftermarket cross shaft and could not tell the difference from the original, other than the wear. Could tell a difference in price though. New Holland dealer wanted $95 and the mail order was under $40. Even the parts guy at NH admitted they probably came from the same manufacturer. Sorry - can't recall where I got offhand. I would go ahead and replace the clutch pedal bushing. Had that done by NH dealer and even they had problem and needed to heat w/torch to get bushing in. Also got the seals from NH. Only problem I had was frozen bolt on the brake side and, for whatever reason (stupidity or wrong tool), getting the old seals out. Easier to get that C clip on if you have right tool. Look over other external linkage parts on clutch side. If worn, replace it while you got it apart and reset pedal travel per book.
