I am not sure if yours spins off or not.. though I think they ALL do. what I did to get mine off was to drain the gas out of the tank, plug the gas line just past the bowl. spray PB BLASTER in the tank till the bowl was full. then on the outside about every half hour for a day spray on some PB till nice and wet.. you DON"T wan"t to mess up the threads or break that bowl! then you got a bigger pain in the butt.. just my .02 worth
