ever use a tire bead breaker???

Anyone ever use one of those hydraulic bead breakers like i see advertised in farm magazines?
The one i see the most is a bead cheata for $170.
Some commercial jobs are over $400.I've got some
tires to change and that tire rammer thing i got is wearing me out.I could use an air model,but the ones i've seen are over $1000.I see John Deere has one in there flyer to,just wondered if they work.
