When I worked in the tire shop we used a bead cheata... (a little one-- first anyone had seen them) and it worked pretty good... I know I wouldnt have got any tire changed with out it... and since I was the musle for the owner (who was having a bleading ulcer at the time) We would have never got those 4 pair of tires changed that week.
