Some of the pros of a rear mount I have found are - easy to attach and detach freeing up tractor for other uses. - The one I had mowed and followed the ground better. - You can lift it up higher and even back under stuff and down partly over a ditch bank. - You can lift it up put a saftey block under it and clean it out and service the blades. - Less dust bothering my allergies I'm thinking of going back to one except for the main CON I have too many obstecials to go around and it does kink your neck more.
