Where are you at in Ohio? I live SW of Columbus near Mt Sterling. I have twelve+ acres and found I have use for both a larger tractor (Ford 2N) and also a smaller garden tractor. I use the Ford to mow about 6 acres regularly and also to plow, disc, plant, etc several food plots and a large garden area. You definitely dont want to try and mow 13 acres with a garden tractor it will take you a week! Up near my house the Ford is just to big to do that mowing (gotta steer around the bushes etc) and the garden tractor just does a much nicer job. I also use the garden tractor to pull a little sprayer and also a little wagon when I am moing topsoil, mulch etc. They both have their uses so I would vote for getting both.
