Three point lift speed question

Built three point hitch last year for 39H.Used twin 2 1/2 inch cylinders on it.Nice hitch works good but lifts too fast to grade dirt or gravel with.Can I use a flow reducer of some sort without hurting the lift all pump? And does TSC sell a flow reducer......Thanks River Bottom Farmer
