I'm not a big fan of mobile home axles they look like the others but are not. I had many brake problems with the ones I had the magnets would not hold up and the springs and shackles wear out real quick. Do yourself a favor and get a regular trailer with regular brakes on both axles and get the torque flex axles with no springs or shackles.The prices of these has really came down over the years.
