20 years ago, i lived in a small town. now i dont, but yet i didnt move. Dang suburbs surrounded me. people from Chicago move here, then have to have 3 24 hour supermarkets, super wal mart, and all the other crap. try to park at the hardware store with all the $50,000 duallys taking up 2 spots because the owner doent know how to drive, or why he even needs one. my property taxes go up because new schools need to be built for their brats, who bring drugs out here. anyway, i want to move to an area that wont be taken over by city people. im just a truck driver and mechanic, and do my best to fit in with my neighbors and help out whenever needed. am i being a hypocrite by hating the newcomers, then moving to a small town myself? based on what ive said about myself would any of you accept me to your small town? thinking about heading for wisconsin. thanks for any input, and feel free to speak your mind, thats what i want.
