I totally agree with you and sounds like we would get along fine. But then wouldn't moving into a smaller area be doing the same thing as your present neighbors tried to do a few years back ?????????????????? I see that here alot now. Some realator buys a farm ,splits it up into 2-5 acre building tracts everyone thinks great ! nice open area we will be alone when they first buy their lot in an open field,next thing you know all the houses spring up then they think this area is too crowded lets sell our house and move. See this all the time as most of those new houses are back up for sale in a year sometimes several times over again.
