Is the mag impulse making a good strong snap as you roll it over? If it isn"t then I would suspect mag problems. Also, did you file the points? Those old up draft carbs can be a real bear to get fully primed. On my 20 I usually have to pull it to start it when i try it for the first time after winter. It sometimes takes a fair amout of pulling too. Gas can be leaking out and I will still have to do this. Sometimes its just the nature of the beast. The Nebraskacowman is very knowlegable about thos F20"s and he ca help ya out lots.
