Farmall F-20

I have a 1937 farmall F-20 that I can't make run! It acts like it is not getting fuel. If you choke it to the point of fuel pouring out of the carb. it will fire, but not run. If you pour fuel directly in the cylindars it will run until it burns it up, then dies. I have dismantled the carb. many times and cant find anything wrong. I also had the mag. rebuilt. The engine was rebuilt about three years ago, and has been sitting ever since. I'm looking for any sugestions.
