I don't think a 60 carb will help or even work on the A with out changeing the head manifold and carb. The 60 I have had a 2 barrel carb on it and all the As I have messed with had a 1 barrel carb. Question do you work your A or do you just drive it around and play with it. If all you do is play, then you might need to make it work some. I have a 1935 B that does the same thing unless I put it to work. And yes I do make the old girl work, I use it to rake hay in the summer
