Kirk, Even if a battery has a shelf life, I sure dont see one made only a few months ago and then placed on a good slow charge as suspect. What I would be looking for is one that will still physically fit in the battery compartment but the absolute highest rating available. Couple that with 00 Gauge cables n good clean tight connections n if she still cranks slow you may wanna then consider the starter or solenoid. John T
