OT low oil pressure

In my 10 year new Jeep with 4 cyl with 121k the oil pressure varies more than I would like. I know the gauge is not real accurate but it starts out around 70. As I drive it begins to drop all the way down to 25. The dealer tells me that 25 in a Jeep that age is a good number. It isn't the numbers but the big difference. What could cause such a dramatic change? I already ordered the sending unit so I can rule that out. Beyond that, any clues? Any suggestions? Thanks
