carb problems on Farmall 300

I"ve owned a Farmall 300 for about 3 years and it always has a slight miss. I bought a kit and put in the original carb and it still had the miss.I bought another carb for it and it also has a miss.I have had 5 different people to work on and clean these carbs and they finally all gave up. You can take the air adjustment screw out and it has no affect of the running of the tractor at all--any suggestions!!!!!!!!
