There is a sprag clutch that needs to be replaced but figure a budget cost of about $2000. Maybe more since I checked. The sprags keep the tractor from rolling back in forward gear with the clutch down which is very handy, for starting on hills, but I'm pretty cautious about trusting it completely. However, if I want to shift to neutral or reverse, I have to let it move forward a bit to take the pressure off so I can shift the gear. Otherwise, pulling back the A/T lever will also release the pressure.
