If you have a cab on that big beast, bringing the stack up to one corner of the cab makes it easier to see around since most of the space is already occupied by the corner of the cab.

Several places sell kits to convert the stack on the earlier big JD's to the corner of the cab. One of those kits would probably adapt to your big Ollie.
