Torque charts are readily available on the web. You'll need to know size and grade of bolt. My guess is that the bolts are 3/8" or 7/16" grade 5. Probably will need about 30 ft-#'s with anti-sieze compound on the threads, but confirm the bolt size and then refer to the chart.
