I PAY 2.89 PER GALLON FOR DIESEL FOR MY DURAMAX EQUIPPED GMC, BUT I ALSO GET ANYWHERE FROM 18-22 MPG, WHEN I JUST TRADED IN A CHEVY WITH THE 6.0 LITER AND WAS ONLY GETTING 10-12 MPG. 60 CENTS MORE PER GALLON, BUT 8-12 MPG BETTER, YOU DO THE MATH. PLUS MORE MILES BETWEEN OIL CHANGES, SURE I HAVE TO BUY A FEW MORE QUARTS OF OIL BETWEEN CHANGES, BUT FEWER OIL FILTERS. I CAN CHANGE OIL LESS OFTEN AND SAVE TIME. REMEMBER, "TIME IS MONEY" AND I HAVE TO STOP AND GET FUEL LESS OFTEN AS I USED TO.
