Small tractor advice

Being in the market for a compact tractor, I've scanned this forum for advice on which may be the better used tractor to purchase. My current choices are a MF 1010 with 1000 hrs and a 60"
belly mower for $3200. A Ford 1210 with a front end loader for $7000. And a couple Case 446 with assortment of impliments from $1000 to $2500. The tractor will be performing light duties, Mowing, tilling, blading,snowblowing, etc. and maybe post holing. Do any of the tractors I've mentioned sound good or is there anouther brand I should keep my eyes open for??
