I only have a 3 acres. The tractor will obviously be uesd to cut the garss. Reason for belly mower is you can get into tighter spots than a 3 pt. Finish mower. I've just built a new house and have alot of landscaping. So a tiller will be used to work up the dirt and front end laoder or blade will then move the dirt. I don't see a plow in my future. Once land in landscaped, tractor will only be used to cut grass and move snow and probably ad some forks to move light pallets at my business . That small 1210 Ford with the loader that I mentioned also has a blade with it, no mower, and priced at $5500, NOT $7000.
