O-T how do you handle

I have a brother older then me that is a no-it-all. But when it comes to tractors and equipment hes going to get me or some one else hurt. So how do you tell him he doesn't have a clue and need to listen to other. He about to drive me crazy and whats worse is hes an acedent waiting to happen. Thanks to listening/reading
