The proposed 200 BILLION in bail out is enough to give every man, woman and child in the affected areas over $100,000 each. Which is about 100 times more then they should get.

Anyone building in a 100 year flood plain should have their ^$%& kicked, let alone given a check to build in the same place so they can get another check next year.
