Deere insiders buying selling stock make no difference on the price...........however. The executives can tweek a profit forcast and send the stock prices crashing. The executive insiders purchase a few stock shares for themselves. Then the stock prices rocket upward when the next finacial forcast the insiders release says profits.
It's done all the time from Coke to GM etc.
