I can't believe the money wallmart and other stores are making on the water people are buying to send down there. Shouldn't wallmart be donating the water? It falls on the working people that pay taxes that are suppose to take care of this. wallmart and oil companies are getting richer by the minute. I would send water from my well but I be damned if I help wallmart make money from this.
