Yea, but play with that one further. I generally don't *need* my pickup truck. I could drive a more economical vehicle most of the time. But, I do need my truck some times, so I've got to keep it. If I were to do my commuting in a 35mpg car, I'd save about a thousand dollars a year in gasoline. Now add in the purchase cost of that second vehicle, the insurance, and the maintenance. I'd be losing money big time to buy another vehicle to commute in.
