As a kid, we were always miles away in the big wilderness behind the Ohio-Erie canal riding mini bikes and camping. My dream came true 3 years ago when we purchased 6 acres, 1/2 woods, 1/2 fields. We built a log cabin wayyy off the road. I have a tractor, brush hog, blade, scoop and a couple other goodies for it. We're going to plant a big garden next year annd perhaps have a couple beef cows and some chickens. Last night after dusk was nice and clear and I was walking my field up to the road just thinking how lucky I am to be able to live in the place I do. It's not so far out in the country but sure feels like it.
