I agree with you Craig, 100%. As I understood the intent of eminant domain, was for infastructures and the sort, schools, highwyas, etc. Bolstering a tax base for over spending was not one. I agree with you, 100%. Hope you get to keep that land, use it in good health, and leave it for the generations to come. That to me is what it's partly about. Take care, Mark
