I agree with you Craig, 100%. As I understood the intent of eminant domain, was for infastructures and the sort, schools, highwyas, etc. Bolstering a tax base for over spending was not one. I agree with you, 100%.

Hope you get to keep that land, use it in good health, and leave it for the generations to come. That to me is what it's partly about.
