How can you guys be talking about a frost already. It is only August!!!!!!!!! Our average first frost is 11/6 but I have seen many years when we are cutting grass into December. Can not even think about planting rye grass till October 1st. I am hoping for a real cold winter. You know................ More than 5 nights where it gets below 32° The kind of winter where you need to let your faucet drip all night because you were to lazy to wrap your water pipes. Might kill off some of these mosquitoes and other bugs.
