I guess I'm missing something here? One key starts all has been pretty common on heavy equipment for a long time. Given the value of the equipment, and the simplicity of the starting and ignition systems on most gear, just about anybody with minimal knowledge and determination could make off with the machine as quickly as if they had the key anyway.
For what it's worth, the only real value in that set of keys is that you'd save the gas money and time driving around town you'd spend collecting them. I think the average OEM value of most of those 30-40 keys would be around a dollar each, or thereabouts. This fellar just put them in a neat little package....
