Pull wires off glow plugs and check for a light with test light with key on. Next check for continuity with test light. Put clip on glow plug terminal then put point into wire end. Keep in mind there is a timer in the glow circuit, so you will have to turn key on and off several times to do these tests.If there is no power at wire ends at all, check timer for open condition.. For cripes sake don't use starting fluid......
