Chris, your last post helps more than you think, If you can just keep spinning the engine untill it starts, then the engine is not in bad shape. Sounds like you are losing the prime in the injector pump. Look at the fuel pump on the right front of the engine, if its wet, this may be your problem. When the fuel pump leaks fuel, it will drain the injector pump. and you still need to check the glo plugs.
