You really need to push water up; hard to suck it up. To move any kind of water takes hp. You ain't gonna get hp outta da solar rig; per se.

A $300 5kw gas generator from HD could power a 1/2 hp submersible pump. You could mount a tank on a tower and pump it into the tank. Then let gravity feed it out. Not a lot of pressure but it would work. Pressure from the elevated tank would be about .4 lb pressure per foot of height above where you are using the water.
