I agree. I also believe there is a time alotment for you to conform. Use the time alotment to the limit then just put a tarp over it till the next letter comes. Then move it for one day and start over again. If and when the person doing the reporting decides to show themselves, you'll know who to return the favor to. Neighborhood feuds are never a good thing, but sometimes they cannot be avoided.
