A few possibilities: loose transmission mounting bolts,uneven cluth pressure plate finger heights,pilot bearing needs replaced,clutch operating arm not being fully depressed(air in master cylinder or slave cylinder or 1 cylinder bad),simply needs adjustment,bad clutch disk(lining coming loose).
