OK...Where would you put your money?

Our local radio station is sponsoring an antique tractor parade this fall with the goal of having 300 old tractors travel 30+ miles down the highway to a neighboring town. A fellow was talking to me today that he would like to buy a "ready to use" older tractor to have in the parade. His question was: "What's the best old tractor I can buy for under $10,000 that would do well in parades and local shows?". My answer was; "I'll ask around". What do you think would work in a situation like this? He's never been a farmer, but enjoys and appreciates old things. Thanks
