Hauling tractors????????????????Idea's or anythin

I pull a tractor at my local antique tractor club?IT is a CA ALLIS CHALMERS. I have been running the chain through the drabar on the back, and then another chain on the front to the middle/belly of the tractor. I am afarid I will break the cast piece of the belly of my tractor.Because I like my chains tight. Any idea on how to scure the front of the tactor? I thought about running a chain over the front tires would that work?
As for the back I will still be going throw the drawbar.
